My Expertise
Strategy. Advocacy. Behavior Science with Purpose.
I’m not your average BCBA. I’m a speaker, educator, coach, and advocate who’s here to disrupt outdated systems and redefine what leadership looks like in ABA.
At The ABA Guru, my expertise lies in blending behavior science with social change. I specialize in helping professionals and organizations build ethical, inclusive practices that center community, culture, and results.
Here’s Where I Shine:
Inclusive Leadership Development
I coach students, early-career professionals, and seasoned clinicians to lead with impact. That means shifting mindsets, confronting bias, and building the confidence to take up space—especially for those often left out of the leadership conversation.
📢 Advocacy Through Speaking & Hosting
I lead with voice and vision. Whether I’m on stage or moderating a panel, I use my platform to spark conversations around justice, representation, and what real leadership should look like in our field.
Equity-Driven Behavior Science
I apply ABA principles with intention. My approach is people-first, culturally responsive, and focused on results that uplift—not just manage—marginalized communities.
Research & Systems Change
From university classrooms to community-based initiatives, I research and present on disparities in leadership, HBCU pathways into ABA, and the intersection of behavior analysis with race, gender, and access.
Content Creation for Change
I create educational media and digital content that informs, empowers, and resonates. Whether I’m developing curriculum or showing up on your feed, my message is always: “Let’s do better—and look good doing it.”
At the Core of It All:
I use behavior science as a tool for equity, accountability, and community transformation. If it doesn’t move the field forward or uplift the people we serve, I’m not interested.
Ready to collaborate? Let’s build something bigger than behavior plans.
Approach and Iniatives
I am The ABA Guru and I don’t say that lightly. I call myself The ABA Guru because I believe in speaking greatness over myself and encouraging others to do the same. It’s more than a title. It’s a mindset, a movement, and a commitment to excellence. It’s about manifesting mastery through intentional practice, cultural humility, and unwavering advocacy.
My approach to behavior analysis is rooted in the belief that clinical competence must go hand in hand with ethical leadership, social awareness, and representation. Being The ABA Guru means showing up fully, skillful, human, and unapologetically dedicated to doing this work the right way.
At the core of my work is a commitment to driving real, meaningful change in our field. Through my company, my voice, and my platform, I lead initiatives that
-
tackle disparities in leadership within ABA, especially those impacting Black professionals and other marginalized communities
-
promote effective, culturally responsive treatment that centers the lived experiences of clients and families
-
advocate for competency beyond checklists; we focus on what it truly means to be a well-rounded, ethical, and impactful practitioner
-
foster collaboration and dialogue through engaging platforms like ABA Versuz, where I bring the field together to debate, educate, and elevate
-
hold community leadership positions like serving as the Savannah Airbnb Host Community Leader, where I work to create inclusive, autism-safe spaces beyond the therapy room
-
build bridges between entrepreneurship and service, helping others grow not just as professionals, but as leaders and visionaries in their own right
When I say Guru, I mean someone who has mastered their craft but also someone who continues to learn, teach, and uplift. That’s what I strive to be every day and that’s what I invite others to embrace when they step into Guru Nation.
This isn’t just about ABA. This is about changing the game. Together, we’re creating a field where competence, compassion, culture, and community coexist.
