I’m Marquii Jacobs; behavior analyst, public speaker, doctoral student, and the heart behind The ABA Guru™. This isn’t just a service or a brand; it’s a reflection of who I am and what I believe.

My work is rooted in the power of connection. I believe leadership is not reserved for the loudest voice in the room; it’s grown through intention, service, and the courage to do things differently. I am deeply passionate about education; not just as a system, but as a tool for liberation. As a doctoral student, I study how we can break cycles of exclusion in professional spaces and expand what leadership looks like.

I teach people how to lead with intention, serve with heart, and advocate with impact. I also work with organizations that want to create more inclusive spaces, build better teams, and stop doing things just because that is how it has always been done.
